This six credit course exposes trainees to a series of weekly joint lectures delivered by two experts (a basic cancer researcher and a practicing oncologist) each focusing on the biology of a specific type of cancer (breast, ovarian, prostate etc.) and its corresponding clinical features and treatment.  In general, this course is offered to first and second year graduate students. Teaching is offered in an informal classroom style and includes participation in the existing hospital-based tumor boards.
