Registration

Registration is on a first come, first serve basis due to size of the Karp conference room. Those interested in taking sessions 2 - 4, must register for all sessions.

Registration closes September 30th, 2016.
Limit: one person/lab for the hands-on laboratory type workshops (nominated by their PI). 
If there is interest, sessions 2-4 will be repeated.

  • Laptop Mac or PC computer.
  • Your own RNASeq data to analyze, otherwise data will be provided for practice.
  • Participants (their PIs) must open an account on Calcul Quebec to access the Briaree cluster (http://www.calculquebec.ca/en/access-to-resources).
